ILS project management is based on precision and quality. Our processes provide a general structure for each project while allowing flexibility to adapt to particular situations.

Think of your ILS project manager as your translation partner. Their role is to understand your needs and material, and apply their years of project and content management experience to analyze, organize, produce, and deliver quality translations on-time.

In order to ensure the highest level of personal service and consistency, ILS assigns a permanent project manager to your account. A back-up project manager is also identified and can step in as needed.

Your project manager stays in close contact with you throughout the entire project, and is available to answer your questions at all times - even after your project has been completed.
