Translator Job Requirements:

  • Native speaker
  • Extensive experience translating one or more of the following subject matters: medical, engineering, IT (hardware and software), scientific, pharmaceutical, marketing, business, finance, legal
  • Skill in working with Trados and/or other Translation Memory tools
  • Use of Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience in FrameMaker, QuarkXPress, PageMaker a plus
  • Great attention to detail & excellent references

Formatter Job Requirements:

  • PC and Mac
  • Thorough experience with one or several major layout applications (QuarkXpress, PageMaker, InDesign, FrameMaker,,Acrobat, Interleaf, Dreamweaver, FrontPage, etc.)
  • Skill in laying out multilanguage documents (all sizes and levels of complexity)
  • Experience in pre-press/printing
  • Great attention to detail & excellent references

Project Manager Job Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience
  • Excellent computer skills on PC and Mac (MS Office, Acrobat, FrameMaker, PageMaker, QuarkXpress)
  • Proficiency in Translation Memory tools
  • Experience in software and website localization
  • Bilingual or multilingual
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills

Sales Representative Job Requirements:

  • Effective in generating new business
  • Skilled in strategic thinking
  • Proven ability to discern potential markets
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels in an organization
  • Previous service industry sales and knowledge of medical/manufacturing/IT industries a plus
